Croatian-BH task force for border crossings meets in Zagreb


ZAGREB, Croatia - A Croatian-BH (Bosnia and Herzegovina) task force in charge of preparing talks on changes to bilateral agreements on border crossings held its first meeting at the Croatian Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry on 27 January 2010, the Ministry said in a statement.

The purpose of the meeting was to acquaint the BH side with the obligations Croatia has assumed in the process of accession to the European Union which refer to the supervision and control of borders and border traffic.

The two sides agreed on ways and deadlines for continuing work on the adjustment of proposed changes to the number and category of crossings on the Croatian-BH border.
