Thomaston Savings Bank is pleased to congratulate Melissa Cipriano, Contact Center Manager, and Tony Sanchez, Assistant Vice President, Aftermarket and Loan Processing Manager, who recently graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. (CSFM). They completed the two-year program focusing on a wide range of banking topics while highlighting their own personal specialties.

CSFM offers an intensive two-year banking management training program sponsored by the Connecticut Bankers Association. The program is designed to increase knowledge and awareness of banking theory, practices and procedures, capital markets and management functions that can be used to prepare for new responsibilities at the executive level or within of it. There have been over 2,000 graduates of the school since its inception in 1962.
